Confixx E-Mail-Problem

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe einen Root-Server. Darauf ist als Betriebssystem Linux Debian Sarge installiert. Als Admin-Software nutze ich Confixx 3.1.
Als E-Mail-Server postfix.
Nun habe ich folgendes Problem. Ich kann ohne Probleme E-Mail von dem jeweiligen Konto abrufen, aber keine versenden. Denn sobald ich eine E-Mailaderesse verwende, die kein Konto bei meinem Server hat, sagt der Server, dass er die E-Mail nicht kennt. Eigentlich kommt ja so ein Fehler, wenn man die Falsche E-Mail-Adresse für das jeweilige Konto benützt. Aber hier ist es gerade anders herum. Ich kann logischerweise nie was an andere E-Mal-Adressen versenden, denn die haben ihren Zugang ja nicht bei meinem Server. Wenn ich z.B von konto web1p1 ne E-Mail an web2p1 schicke, dann geht das, weil die E-Mail-Adresse in meinem Server bekant ist. Sobald ich aber z.B. von web1p1 an email@gmx.de versenden will, sagt der Server, dass er die gmx-Adresse nicht kennt. Lol? Seit ich den Server habe, funktioniert dies nicht. Mein Hoster hilft mir nur gegen viel Entgelt, was ich eine Sauerei finde, denn hierbei handelt es sich ja eigentlich um eine Nachbesserung, denn es hat ja noch nie funktioniert. Nun versuche ich mir selst zu helfen. Weiss zuvällig jemand, wo ich was ändern muss, damit es funktioniert?

Sollte "realaying denied" oder ähnlich melden.

Du hast eine falsche Vorstellung vom Produkt dedizierter Server, oder hat Dir der Hoster explizit zugesichert, daß SmtpAuth betriebsfertig vorkonfiguriert ist?

Du mußt SmtpAuth aktivieren, auf dem Server und auf dem PC, zuerst auf dem PC, vielleicht ist es auf dem Server doch schon fertig eingerichtet.

Der Logauszug nützt leider nichts, weil da der vergebliche Versand nicht drinsteht. Aktuellen Logauszug mit dem Versandversuch und /etc/postfix/main.cf (ohne Kommentare) wäre sinnvoll, falls es nicht nur am PC liegt.

Problem besteht noch immer und ich komm ned weiter.

Du wartest schon seit mehr als einem halben Jahr vergeblich auf Hilfe und kannst keine Mails versenden?

Hast Du aktuellere Logfiles?
Vorallem aus Zeiten, wo Du auch versuchst an einen GMX-Account ne Mail zu schicken? (Ist oben anscheinend nicht der Fall.)

Erhälst Du eine Fehlermail? Wie lautet die genau?

Wo kann ich sehen ob auf dem Server smtpauth an oder aus ist?

E-Mails kann ich online versenden und auch empfangen. Das ist ja gerade das komische.
Wenn ich webmail nutze funzt alles. Nur kann ich keine E-Mail per Client versenden.
Outlook, Thunderbird funtzen ned.
Abrufen geht, aber nicht versenden.
Firwall ist dafür freigegeben. Daran kanns ned liegen. Die Zugangsdaten sind auch richtig und ich habe jede Form von Auth-Einstellungen versucht.

das war der vergebliche Versuch, SmtpAuth läuft bzw funktioniert also nicht.

die ging raus, das war dann wohl Webmail.

Wo kann ich sehen ob auf dem Server smtpauth an oder aus ist?

An der Fehlermeldung und an den fehlenden Einträgen in main.cf.

Ergänze in der main.cf

und starte Postfix neu

Aktiviere SmtpAuth im Client, bei Outlook Express: Extras, Konten, Konto wählen, Eigenschaften, Server, "Server erfordert Authentifizierung" anhaken, Einstellungen "gleich wie Postausgang".
Dann versuche nochmal den Mailversand über OE.

Dabei ist xxx der Username und yyy das Passwort eines beliebigen POP-Kontos. Antwortet er yes oder no?

Abrufen hat damit nichts zu tun, es geht um die Freigabe für's Versenden. Webmail braucht keine Freigabe weil es auf dem gleichen Server wie Postfix läuft. An Firewalleinstellungen liegt es nicht.

Habe alles so gemacht wie geschrieben.

Selbe Fehlermeldung.

Ich nutze Thunderbird.
Da kann ich beim Postausgang nur TLS oder SSL nutzen.
Beim Abrufen kann ich Sichere Authentifizierung wählen.
Die Folge ist, dass ich ned mal mehr abrufen kann.

Mit

testsaslauthd -u xxx -p yyy

kommt in der Konsohle folgendes:

-bash: testsaslauthd: command not found

dann probier's mal mit dem OE weil der auch die einfache Authentifizierung kann, wenn's mit OE geht kann man weitersehen.

testsaslauthd:

Such mal danach, vielleicht ist es nicht im Pfad.
Ist saslauthd überhaupt installiert und läuft?

Ich kann dann nicht mehr viel helfen, weil die Einrichtung des Authsystems unter Debian anders geht als unter Suse und ich Debian schon länger nicht mehr nutze.

Also "saslauthd" läuft nicht.
Ich habe "ps aux" eingegeben und da ist nix davon zu sehen

Weiss jemand wie der Paketname heisst?
Ich wollte es mit apt installieren, nur gibbets das Paket unter dem Namen ned.

Übrigens mit Outlook Express kommt der selbe Fehler. Egal ob ich es an hab oder ned

Jetzt will er das Passwort nicht nehmen.
Es ist aber richtig geschrieben.

Bitte selektier das Logfile bischen besser und gib uns mehr Info's welche Email-Adressen Du z.B. versuchst zu benutzten. Bei soviel Traffik kann ja keiner durchblicken.

Öhm,
Wie reinige ich denn meine Queue?

Ich versende ja keine Mails über den Server, weil es eben nicht geht.
Ich habe folgende Adressen in benutzung:

webmaster@unreal-noobclan.de, madmauros@gmx.de & madmauros@t-online.de

Wo der viele Traffic her kommt weiss ich ned.

Ich habe halt noch einen Autoresponder eingeschaltet, der bei Versendung an "webmaster@unreal-noobclan.de" eine Rückantwort schickt. Wenn das ne Spammail ist, dann kann es ned funzen. Vielleicht liegt es ja daran.

Das ist schon alles was ich gerade sagen kann, denn der wesentliche Teil aus dem Logfile fehlt immer noch.
