Role and responsibilities
Overview of tasks:
· Customers help to install, configure and operate Plesk
· Troubleshoot problems - Identify sources of error and provide customer solutions
· Knowledge exchange within the team, as mentor and coach
· Maintain good customer relationships through phone, email and chat
· Help to keep the Plesk knowledge database up-to-date
· Expertise in Plesk and related services
We expect from you:
· One or two years professional experience as a system administrator for Linux / Windows servers
· Knowledge in the configuration of web, mail, FTP, DNS, SQL databases, network services on Windows and Linux servers
· Basic knowledge in webhosting technologies, Plesk and other server management systems
· Experience in personal management and mentoring
· Excellent customer-oriented skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Other languages are a bonus.
We are hiring in our new office in Cologne providing a lot of benefits including MS, RedHat and LPIC certifications at company expenses.
