ioncube hilfe bitte?

Hallo ich habe einen vServer nun möchte der Kunde web7 eine softare instalieren die ioncube verschlüsselt ist und er ekommt folgenden fehler:

Site error: the file /var/www/web2/html/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

ein anderer Kunde hat auch schon so eie software instaliert da habe ich etwas in der php.ini ändern müssen da ging es dann,aber ich weiss leider nicht mehr was das war und dachte damals das die änderung dann für alle gildet?

Wie kann ich dem Kunden nun den fehler beheben?

Steht doch da, was nicht passt und angepasst werden muss: open_basedir

Er findet einfach die entsprechende ioncube loader Datei nicht. Ioncube Loader installieren und in der php.ini einbinden, dann geht es auch.

Ich weiss ja nicht was an den Errata so schwer zu verstehen ist dass man dafuer Fachmann sein muss...

(CVTSD2SS) and Convert Packed Double-Precision Floating Point to Packed Single-Precision
Floating Point (CVTPD2PS) instructions do not round to zero when the Flush to Zero and Underflow
Mask bits (MXCSR bits 15 and 11) are set to 1b and the double-precision operand is less than the
smallest single-precision normal number.
Potential Effect on System
The conversion result will yield the smallest single-precision normalized number rather than zero. It
is not expected that this will result in any anomalous software behavior since enabling flush to zero

In der Tabelle liest man dann dass diese auf die Quadcore Operton, embedded Opteron, 3- und 4-Core Phenom und Athlon Dualcore der Reihe zutrifft wo der Package-Type FR2 oder AM2r2 ist und die Produktrevision DR-BA, DR-B2 oder DR-B3 ist.
