Weiße/Leere Seite bei Joomla und Plesk

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe einen Linux Suse VServer bei 1&1 mit Plesk 10.4.4

2 Abonnement´s eingerichtet. Die Magento Installation funktioniert auch. Jetzt habe ich Joomla bei dem zweiten Abo installiert, was auch ohne meckern ging, aber im Front- und Backend bekomme ich nur eine weiße Seite angezeigt.

Hab es mit mehreren Variationen probiert. Mit Jommla Verzeichnis und ohne.
Die Plesk Testseite wurde vorher auch angezeigt. Jedoch wenn ich auf PHP geklickt habe blieb die Ausgabe leer.

Wenn ich mich recht erinnere hatte ich dieses Problem auch bei der Magento Installation. Hab die Lösung in einem Forum gefunden, leider weiß ich nicht mehr wo.:eek: Damals hab ich die Magento Domain in eine Datei eintragen müssen.

Bin wirklich am verzweifeln, da ich mir zu diesem Thema echt schon sooooo viele Threads durchgelesen und probiert habe.

Weisse Seite klingt nach Apache- oder PHP-Fehler mit unterdrückter Fehlerausgabe.
Kontrollier mal was die Error-Log der Domain sagt.
 
Die Error-Log von Apache in welche der entsprechende vHost geloggt wird.
Kann die globale sein, kann eine eigene sein.

wie ist das denn nun wieder gemeint? hab die datei runter geladen und mit notepad++ geöffnet.
Oder meinst Du das interpretieren des Inhaltes?
 
Ich wollte fragen ob du in der Lage bist deinen Server zu administrieren auch wenn Plesk mal nicht funktioniert ?!

Funktionieren html Dateien? Nehme mal die Zeile safe_mode = "On/Off" aus deiner php config.

Die Fehlermeldung RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `Parallels Panel' does NOT match server name!? hat soweit ich das sehe nichst mit deinem Problem zu tun.
 
Mit google denk ich kann ich den schon administrieren. Safe mode hab ich schon an und aus gemacht. tut sich nix.

Meine laienhafte Vermutung ist, dass der Pfad zu Joomla nicht richtig eingetragen wird. display errors hab ich zwar an, jedoch wird keine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben.
 
Fail, Google zum administrieren nutzen, wenn alle so denken würden - gäbs bald keine Systemadministratoren mehr.
 
Ja stimmt schon. Aber das ist nunmal nur der theoretische Fall. Plesk geht ja. Wenns soweit ist, kann man das in den Raum stellen.

Jetzt geht es erst mal drum das Back- und Frontend anzuzeigen.

Wenn nichts installiert ist wird ja die Plesk Testpage angezeigt. Nur wenn ich eine Applikation installiere, bekomme ich eine leere Seite angezeigt.
Habs mit Magento, Joomla und Typo3 versucht. Immer das gleiche Ergebnis.
 
Lade mal eine reine phpinfo() Testseite hoch. Falls diese ebenfalls nicht funktioniert ist etwas mit PHP im Argen.
 
hatte ich schonmal versucht.die bleibt leer.Aber wo setze ich nun an.
bzw.grad nochmal erstellt unter httpdocs. not found 404

sorry.geht doch.da bin ich schonmal einen schritt weiter, weil die bisher noch nie funktionierte

phpinfo seite funktioniert? beim gleichen vhost, im gleichen ordner? bennene die phpinfo doch mal in index.php. funktionierts dann noch? liegt ne .htaccess vor mit rewrite regeln?

Also bei dem vhost der nicht geht ist die phpinfo.php angelegt unter httpdocs.
Jeder vhost hat seine eigenen Ordner.

Es existiert eine index.php, die beim Aufruf aber nur wieder eine leere Seite zeigt. Hab sie mal gelöscht und die phpinfo.php in index.php umbenannt. dann gehts wieder. der Inhal ist übrigens: <? phpinfo(); ?>

Ich brauch nicht mal domain.de/index.php eingeben. Jetzt wird direkt beim Aufruf der Domain die phpinfo angezeigt.

htaccess.txt existiert. rechte hab ich mal auf 777 gesetzt.

Magst du den Inhalt vllt mal posten, evtl anonymisiert.?! Bennene die sonst doch mal um und guck obs dann geht...
 
htaccess.txt existiert nur.
.htaccess gibt es nicht bei der Domain. Unter der anderen Domaine gibt es eine .htaccess

Umbenennen brachte keinen Erfolg.

Also folgendes....hab nochmal per Filezilla Joomla 2.5 hochgeladen und versucht Installation zu starten. Jetzt kommt der Fehler:
