Dear lowlamer,
this is no forum for useless rage spamming, especially if nobody can verify your story. So please stop spamming, grow up and communicate with Webtropia.
You seem to have ordered a server with Webtropia, which costs at least 39,99€ without activation fee for a root server or >5€ for a VServer. The minimum order period is 1 month and you have to cancel that 4 weeks prior to the end of the month (more or less instantly). One way or another, you have to pay at least 1 month, even if you cancel 5 minutes after getting the server.
Apart from all that: what do you expect from the support, if you order in Christmas week???
