Vserver & Ram Probleme

Guten Abend zusammen,
Erst einmal sage ich hallo Community, dies ist mein erster Beitrag. ;)

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Vserver,
und zwar habe ich erhebliche Ram Probleme.
Installiert ist IspCP und das Standard Zeug wie Apache.
(Nichts was großartig Ram frisst)
Nun ist der Arbeitsspeicher nach ein paar aufrufen meiner 2 Webseiten extrem Hoch. (Siehe Anhänge)
Der VServer ist von Netcup, und benutzt Swap Technologie.

Mit Swap kenne ich mich weniger aus, doch ich kann mir kaum vorstellen das mein Ram durch ein paar Webseiten so runter gezogen wird.
Ich benötige den Arbeitsspeicher noch für andere Dinge.
Was also tun?

Ich hab nochmal nach recherchiert,
ich kenne mich da kaum aus.
Mich würde interessieren ob man folgende Funktion deaktivieren kann.
(Siehe Anhang , rot Markiert)

Und zwar hat mein damaliger Provider scheinbar die Cache Funktion deaktiviert.
dort ist der Cache ständig auf 0.
