via FTP to Virtual Windows Server

Hi,
I bought a 1 & 1 Windows Virtual Server.
My problem is that I can make an FTP connection, but can not copy any data. I turned off the server firewall.
Did I forget anything else?
Who knows what advice or how to do it?

FTP via Total Commander 6.01
Virtual Windows Server with Plesk 7.5
