SMART-Werte komisch? - SSD (RAID1)

Hallo,

Ich hab mal wieder eine Frage. :)
Sehen die SSD´s "gesund" aus?

Diese befinden sich in einem Hardware-RAID1
Controller: Logic MegaRAID SAS 2208

Mir macht z.B. der Wert
Code:
175 Program_Fail_Count_Chip
sorgen.

Berechtigt? Eine Beschreibung zu dem Wert habe ich leider nicht gefunden.
