[Server4you]Server down, reboot is not helpfull

My server is down at yesterday 01:45.
I do a software reboot but is not helpfull.
I do a hardware reboot but is not helpfull.

I have send a email to server4you support but i get not a reply.

I have don't install a new or old kernel, i have the standard kernel.
Please anybody help me my server is not total 12 hours offline
 
Meiner ist auch seit 1-2.2.2007 weg. Kannst du deine Fehlermeldung von Job History hier posten? Ich würde die gerne vergleichen mit meiner:

Mine's been gone since the 1st or 2nd of February, depending on how you look at it. Could you post the error message from your job history? I'd like to see how it compares with the ones I get:
