Hallo,

Ich bin dabei auf einen Root Server mit Debian 5 + Confixx 3.3 einen Shop zu Installieren.

Ein reseller und ein Web sind erstellt. Habe via SmartFTP einen Order /Shop erstellt in /html. <--- Ist denn hier das richtige Verzeichnis?
Denoch kann ich die Seite:
http://vserverXXX.vserver-on.de/Shop
nicht aufrufen.
Habe auch schon mehrere Möglichkeiten ausprobiert. Muss man Apache config datei bearbeiten?

Im Internet habe ich nichts gefunden, was mir weiterhilft. Auch die Confixx anleitungen habe ich schon durch. Wieso klappt es nicht? Ist es wirklich so schwer zu konfigurieren? Bitte um Hilfe.

Das läßt sich bei der abstrakten Beschreibung nicht sagen. Um Hilfestellung geben zu können, wäre es hilfreich zu wissen, in welchen Schritten Confixx installiert wurde und welche Ansprüche die Anwendung stellt. Funktioniert den der Aufruf zum confixx-login? Falls JA, wurde unter unter Einstellungen -> Domains die Weiterleitung in den Pfad 'Shop' gesetzt?

Ganz sicher nicht ... wenn man weiß, wie. Im Ernst, wenn Confixx als Anwendung sauber läuft, man die Anwendung nach html oder darunter kopiert, sicher stellt, dass die Rechte richtig gesetzt sind, dürfte nichts schief gehen. Aus deiner Beschreibung läßt sich leider nicht entnehmen, was konkret nicht funzt? Wird der Bildschirm dunkel? welche Fehlermeldung? Was sagen die Log-files? Fragen über Fragen um weiter helfen zu können.

Ja habe alle Einstellungen richtig gesetzt. Confixx 3.3 wurde mit dem Betriebssystem mit installiert. Beim Aufrufen der Seite vserverXXX.vserver-on.de kommt die Startseite von Confixx.

FTP und PHPmyadmin laufen und kann mich einloggen.
unter /var/www/web0/html
und /var/www/html
sind html Index dateien.

Ich habe mir die datei httpd.conf angeschaut. Dort waren keine <VirtualHost Eintragungen, bis auf die

Wie viele httpd.conf gibt es denn? Eins oder? Muss die nicht schon von Confixx beschrieben worden sein?

Liegt jetzt ein Fehler im Server vor?

es funktioniert und dank confixx sehr simple zur konfigurieren.
Es lag n der Domain die nicht registriert war. Habe erst heute eine email bekommen, das die domain freigeschlatet wurde.

danke allen die versucht haben , mir zu helfen
