Rootserver crasht aus unbekannten Günden

wir haben einen Rootserver bei Hetzner (OS:Debian / Confixx 3.3) , der aus unerfindlichen Gründen meistens am Wochende zur vollen Stunde crasht.
chkrootkit + logcheck haben nichts verdächtiges gefunden. Im auth.log steht auch nichts von verdächtigen Logins.

lediglich im daemon.log wird auf corrupt tables hingewiesen_

Kann der Systemcrash eventuell was mit kaputten Datenbanken zu tun haben , weil z.B. Backupprozesse oder Confixx damit nicht klar kommt ?

Antwort / Hinweise wie man weiter auf Fehlersuche gehen könnte wären super nett ?

Kann zeig uns bitte mal aus den Logfiles (insbesondere /var/log/messages und /var/log/daemon.log) die Einträge um die fraglichen Neustarts.

Ich konnte am WE nicht mehr online sein, hoffe das ihr noch mal Geduld mit mir habt. Den myisamchk werde ich nachts machen, wenn kein User es sieht.
Ich hatte allerdings schon mal mysqlcheck --analyze --auto-repair auf alle Datenbanken gemacht.

Falls es an der Db nicht liegt, wäre u.U. auch das Filesystem noch ein Ansatzpunkt (fsck ?).

Es hat den Anschein, als sei deine Kiste mindestens eine Stunde weg gewesen (13:01 bis 14:03). Schau mal, ob du noch Logs im fraglichen Zeitpunkt findest (die Logs vom cron wären auch interessant). Kontrollier mal die /root/*history Dateien ...
