are u looking for a DNS-Provider (e.g http://www.united-domains.de/) or something? Please specify your question so that we can help you by finding such a provider!
Tell us exactly WHAT u want and WHAT you are looking for in particular.

just need a domain-reseller-acc. with reasonable prices not more then
7,00€ for a .de tld, no monthly fee´s, no monthly min. sales.

just now i´m in contact with www.cremedia.de they have such prices and conditions.
but dont now about them, are they ok or not?

Have you tried www.internetx.de (recommended by pixelschubser) yet?

Sorry, but i have absolutely NO experiences with such 'domain-reseller-providers', but www.cremedia.de 'sounds' pretty serious and good.

By the way: do you speak German? Where are you from? Dude, are you in Germany right now?
 
You looking for pure domain reselling, right ? DNS-entry without any webspace, and registering .de domains on behalf of your customers, I asume.

Make sure you choose a company that accepts "registering on behalf of others". Upon request, http://www.prosite.de confirmed that they would do so but need a fax with written statement from the "final owner".

Btw., http://www.server4you.de does have a nice domain configuration system, too. One can even create handles for own customers. But you'd need at least one webspace package there to register additional domains, afaik.

Sorry, but i must contradict ;)
It's not enough just having a s4y webspace account (e.g. Racer). Access to the nameserver is permitted starting from vserver basic, so i would rather choose another provider!

.de nur 4,65 Euro
.com/net/org nur 8 Euro

Eigener Server ist dabei ratsam (für DNS Eintrag, etc.).

Nachtrag: Es sind sogar Bruttopreise!

.com für 10 Euro

Ich selbst bin dort angemeldet und bin begeistert.
