Problem mit backup.pl - Cannot allocate memory

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe leider ein Problem mit der Backup-Funktion von Confixx und zwar erhalte ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

Zu wenig Arbeitsspeicher kann eigentlich nicht sein (1 GB, Suse 10.1, Athlon 64 3000+), habe auch schon versucht andere Dienste wie http, postfix, ftp etc. zu beenden, aber die Fehlermeldung "Cannot allocate memory" bleibt

Wenn ich tar bzw. mysqldump manuell ausführe, erhalte ich keine Fehlermeldung

Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen oder gibt es eine Möglichkeit Confixx manuell zu sichern und anschließend wieder über die restore.pl einzuspielen?

Was liefert ein "du -sh /home/www/web0"?

Es sieht so aus als braucht Confixx mehr Arbeitsspeicher als zur Verfügung steht.

Starte doch mal das Backup-Skript mit der Option --small-mem bzw. -sm , steht für "run on small memory". Ansonsten versuche es mal mit einem Swapfile um den evtl. Speicherengpass kurzfristig zu umgehen.
