Postfix Verbindung Timeout

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe einen Linux V-Server. Auf diesem ist Plesk installiert und Postfix läuft als SMTP Server. Bisher hat alles immer funktioniert. Heute stelle ich dann fest, dass ausgehende Mails nicht mehr funktionieren.
Zunächst habe ich zwei E-Mail von meinem Server bekommen. Diese hatten den Betreff "Postfix SMTP server: errors from unknown[180.214.236.69]". Der Inhalt dieser Mail war folgender:

So gegen 16:50 habe ich versucht per Thunderbird eine E-Mail zu senden. Dies hat nicht funktioniert.
Hat jemand einen Tipp, was ich machen könnte?

1. Im erstem Log wird sich regulär mit User/Pass authentifiziert und dann Spam verschickt. Zum Glück konnte der Spam nicht zwischengespeichert werden, was uns zu 2. führt

2. Das Log lässt vermuten, dass entweder das Filesystem kaputt oder voll ist, oder dass die Zugriffsrechte inkorrekt gesetzt sind, oder dass die Installation fehlerhaft ist.

schonmal danke für die Antwort.
Das merkwürdige ist, dass ja alles funktioniert hat. Der Server war ja eingerichtet und es laufen einige Domains darauf. Die E-Mail Konten haben alle gearbeitet. Gestern fiel mir dann auf, dass ich eine Mail von vorgestern bekommen habe. Die muss also vorgestern vom Server versendet worden sein. Das war eine automatische Mail von einem PHP Skript.
Filesystem voll kann ich ausschließen. Welche Zugriffsrechte meinst du? Wie kann ich das kontrollieren?

Das Problem scheint sich erledigt zu haben. Scheinbar hatte ein Kunde ein zu leichtes Passwort, welches von einem Spambot erraten wurde. Daher war meine Warteschlange mit über 500 Mails belegt und der Server überlastet.
