postfix: Mailkopie

Hallo ihr Lieben,
folgendes Konstrukt mit folgendem Problem:
OS: Debian 6
MTA: postfix mit dovecot

Problem:
dienstliche eMailadresse: vorname.nachname@arbeitgeber.de
private eMail: mail@vorname-nachname.de
Kopieadresse: arbeitgeber@vorname-nachname.de

Ich lasse also eMails, die an vorname.nachname@arbeitgeber.de vom Arbeits-Mailserver automatisch an arbeitgeber@vorname-nachname.de (auf meinem eigenen Server) weiterleiten.

Wenn die eMails von außen kommen, ist das kein Problem.
Wenn ich von mail@vorname-nachname.de an vorname.nachname@arbeitgeber.de sende, geht diese ja automatisch mit dem Absender mail@vorname-nachname.de an arbeitgeber@vorname-nachname.de.

Ich erhalte dann im Konto mail@vorname-nachname.de folgende Fehlermeldung:
