Postfix - lange Antwortzeit

Hallo,

mein Postfix braucht immer so ca. 10 Sekunden, bis nach
Code:
telnet DOMAIN 25
das Greeting kommt. An Firewall und F2B kann es nicht liegen, wenn ich beide deaktiviere, bleibt das Problem bestehen. Hier meine main.cf:

Weiß einer, wie ich das Problem beheben kann? Manche Mailclients werfen halt nach 5 Sekunden schon ein Timeout. Ich habe Debian Wheezy mit aktuellem Postfix.

Funktioniert die DNS Auflösung korrekt? Auch die Reverse DNS Auflösung von der IP des connected Clients? Dies könnte das beschriebene Verhalten erklären...
 
Ich habe gerade nocheinmal mit meinem Provider telefoniert, Pings nach außen sind auch nicht wirklich schnell. Sowohl im Rescue als auch im Normalboot, also scheint es am Netzwerk zu liegen. Jetzt geht es aktuell mal wieder, warum auch immer. Er schaut sich das Problem mal an. Doppelbelegung schließt er aus.

Und ja, alle DNS-Records sind korrekt.
