Postfix + Courier: "status=deferred (mail transport unavailable)"

Hallo zusammen,
ich saß die ganze Nacht vor dem PC um den Fehler zu finden, doch leider konnte ich ihn nicht finden.
Auf meinem Debian Wheezy (64bit) habe ich frisch Courier und Postfix installiert. Alles soll zudem über ispconfig gesteuert werden.

Soweit funktioniert inzwischen auch alles, jedoch bleiben alle Mails in der queue hängen.

Die mail.log sagt:

Ich hoffe, das reicht erst einmal und jemand kann mir helfen.

Vor 'mail transport unavailable' müsste im Log eingentlich noch mehr stehen, was zur Fehlersuche recht hilfreich wäre.

Geht die Mail an eine externe oder interne Domain? Ist /etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_transports.cf richtig eingestellt? Läuft dein amavis?

Tatsache, im mail.log steht vorher noch

warning: connect to transport private/smtp-amavis: No such file or directory

Die mysql-virtual-transports.cf sieht wie folgt aus:

Diese Tabelle ist jedoch leer.

Die Mail soll nach extern, und amavis läuft.
