POP3 service user ***SPAM***

Hi Forums-Gemeinde,
ich habe folgendes Problem: Seit einigen Tagen bekomme ich in unregelmäßigen Abständen eine Email von dem Absender POP3 service user mit Betreff ***SPAM***. Ich habe dann schon recherchiert und herausgefunden, dass dies wohl durch Spamassasin so gesendet wird. Der ganze Header sieht so aus:

Versuch über defekte Mailadresse Befehle an Exim einzuschleusen.
