Plesk Php safe_mode ??

Hallo,

Wenn ich woltlab 3 auf meinem root server installieren will, kommt folgende fehlermeldung :

error message: There is no access to the system temporary folder due to php safe_mode restrictions and no user specific temporary folder exists in /srv/www/vhosts/meine-domain/httpdocs/wbb3/tmp/! This is a misconfiguration of your webserver software! Please create a folder called /srv/www/vhosts/meine-domain/httpdocs/wbb3/tmp/tmp/ using your favourite ftp program, make it writable and then retry this installation


Die fehlermeldung hab ich natürlich beachtet und gemacht was gesagt wurde, trotzdem kam der allerselbe fehler,
CChmod ist auf 777

Meine Frage : Wie mach ich die php Safe_mode OFF bzw . ON

Oder wisst ihr wo das problem liegt ?

Geh in die entsprechende Domain-Einstellungspage. Dort wo Du Festplattenquota, Traffic etc. einstellst. Weiter unten findest Du einen Switch bzgl. safe-mode bei PHP.

Alternativ dazu könntest Du die open_basedir Restriction für die Domain entsprechend der Anforderung setzen.
