Plesk 12.5 Email Problem

Hallo,

ich nutze auf einigen meiner Seiten CMS Systeme. Ich habe für eine Seite eine Email erstellt. Schreibe ich eine Email an diese Adresse (zb. über gmx) dann kommt diese email auch bei der plesk domain email an. Die Email über das Kontaktformular meiner CMS Seite kommt ebenfalls an.

Das Problem:
Wenn jemand neue Profilaufrufe bekommt, dann soll der nutzer automatisch darüber per mail informiert werden. Dies funktioniert nicht. Die Passwort vergessen Funktion funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Dies liegt zu 100% an Plesk.

Meine Daten:

Ich nutze eine Vps Server mit Plesk 12.5 und postfix. Ich habe gesehen, dass zb. die passwort vergessen anfragen und andere emails in der warteschlange hängen bleiben.

Ich bitte dringend um Hilfe.

Was für ein CMS?

Ich kenne bis jetzt kein CMS, welches nicht auf einem Server (Linux) mit Plesk als Verwaltungsoberfläche läuft, vorausgesetzt das OS ist zeitgemäß und das CMS ebenso - (PHP Version, Apache, Nginx, mySQL usw.)
 
Kenne mich mit Plesk nicht wirklich aus.

Aber es fehlt auf jeden Fall schon mal der PTR Record:

Genau das Thema wurde hier gerade lang und breit diskutiert und die Fehlermeldung sagt es schon: Dein PTR-Record wird von GMX abgelehnt - vermutlich, weil es noch der von Strato ist. Also im Configmenü bei Strato einen PTR setzen, der auf eine deiner Domains lautet (korrespondierenden A-Record nicht vergessen) und auch gleich den HELO des Mail-Servers entsprechend anpassen (z.B. mail.eigenedomain.de) inkl. eines passendes A-Records, der auf die IP des Servers zeigt.
Und nein, das ist kein Problem von Plesk und den PTR konfigurierst du auch nicht in Plesk, sondern direkt bei Strato.

Erstmal vielen Dank für die Antworten. Leider bin ich ein fortgeschrittener Anfänger ;) Also meine Domain ist von Namecheap. Ich nutze nun centos 7, weil ich dachte, dass das Problem damit gelöst ist. Problem besteht weiterhin. Kannst du mir bitte schritt für Schritt sagen, was ich genau machen muss? vielen lieben dank für die hilfe
 
Also ich habe jetzt bei strato direkt unter DNS Reverse meine domain eingeben (ohne www) ist das schon mal richtig und was muss ich noch machen? danke

Nein, in den PTR gehört der FQDN des Servers. Wenn dein Server z.B. den Hostnamen spock hat, dann wäre das spock.domain.de. Für spock.domain.de muss auch ein passender A-Record existieren (je nach Konfiguration entweder im Plesk oder beim Domain-Anbieter, in deinem Fall also Namecheap). Strato überprüft (beim Erstellen und danach in regelmäßigen Abständen), ob ein solcher existiert, also den A-Record ersellen und ein paar Stunden warten, bis er sich rumgesprochen hat, bevor du ihn bei Strato einträgst.
Außerdem legst du einen A-Record mail.domain.de an. Diesen verwendest du bei allen Domains als MX-Eintrag und als HELO für den Mailserver.
Der Hostname und HELO sollten sich über Plesk konfigurieren lassen - aber da ich kein Plesk verwende, kann ich dir da nicht helfen.
