Plesk 10.0.1 Webinterface lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen Warning: fopen(/var/log/sso...

Hallo zusammen,

hoffe mir kann hier jemand weiterhelfen... habe gestern über den Plesk-Autoinstaller updates durchgeführt, dabei ist er bei Plesk-Billing hängen geblieben mit der Meldung:

attach

disable
	Turns off the SSO service for the connected panel. The panel type is
	defined by the required option --app-type.
	Example: sso --command=disable --app-type=customer

repair-accounts
	Repairs global accounts for the connected panels. Make sure that the 'admin'
	application is configured as privileged to manage SSO. For that you should see and
	modify if needed the SSO configuration file: '/etc/sso/sso_config.ini'.
	Example: sso --command=repair-accounts

info
	Displays information about the connected panel properties. If you do not
	provide --prop-name, all properties are displayed. Otherwise, only a specific
	property is displayed.
	Example: sso --command=info --app-type=customer

--idp-url <string>   URL to SSO server, for example, https://host-name:11443. Required with command: attach.
--app-type <string>  Application type: admin | customer (Customer & Business Manager Administrator's or Customer's panel).
--prop-name <string> Property to display: connected | enabled | api_url | relay_url | sp_id.
--force              Run attach | detach | enable | disable commands regardless the status of connection with SSO.
--help               Display this help message.

Habe darauf Plesk-Billing über YAST deinstalliert und mit etc/init.d/psa start Plesk über Console wieder ans laufen gebracht.
Wenn ich aber das Plesk Webinterface aufrufe kommt folgende Meldung:

A little tip here: If you’re getting this message when trying to log into Plesk Billing via Plesk:

Warning: fopen(/var/log/sso/sso.log) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/sso/lib/Log.php on line 24 FATAL ERROR: Can not open log file ‘/var/log/sso/sso.log’ (CWD is /usr/local/sso)

This is generally caused by changing the hostname, for which Plesk Billing generates an automatic self-signed SSL certificate for. Attempting to re-register the hostname using the /usr/local/psa/bin/sso utility is useless in this context, as it keeps beating up against the entrenched cert. To remedy, simply:
1.) Back up your Plesk Billing database
2.) command: yum remove plesk-billing
3.) Re-add Plesk Billing via the Plesk Updater

Hi Benny,

erstmal vielen Dank für Deine Rückmeldung, das hatte ich auch per google gefunden, allerdings hat das nicht zum gewünschten Erfolg geführt... habe nun schon mehrfach versucht Plesk-Billing zu deinstallieren und neu zu installieren, aber es ist keine Besserung in Sicht.

Eigentlich wollte ich dieses Plesk-Billing auch nur mal testen und nun der Mist, dass Plesk nicht mehr läuft.

Hab auch schon im Parallels Forum einen Thread gefunden, allerdings hat darauf noch niemand reagiert...

Hab auch schon versucht Plesk komplett neu zu installieren, aber alles ohne Erfolg.

Das ist ein 1&1 Server und da läuft noch Suse 11.0 drauf und bin nun am überlegen ob ich den Server mit CentOS 5 mit Parallels Plesk Panel 10 (64 Bit) neu initialisieren soll.

Habe nun wie folgt ein Backup über die Console gemacht:

Bin nicht wirklich fit in der Materie und würde auch für Unterstützung zahlen... evtl. ist Huschi hier auch am lesen?!

Hallo Frank,

es sieht wohl ganz danach aus, als dass bei der Deinstallation mit yast so einige Wichtige Daten verloren gegangen sind.
Normal sollte eine komplette Deinstallation von Plesk und Neinstallation den gewinnbringenden Erfolg zeigen. Sollte dies jedoch nicht der Fall sein, ist die Denkensweise einer OS Neuinstallation nicht verkehrt. Danach geht es auf jeden Fall.


Du könntest aber vorher mal noch ein Auszug aus folgender Datei hochladen, vielleicht gibt das noch Aufschluss auf eine Lösung

/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_error_log

vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung... die Datei /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_error_log oder auch httpsd_error.log gibt es bei mir garnicht.

Da liegen nur folgende Dateien drin:

Sicherlich ist es wohl das einfachste das OS neu zu installieren, allerdings bietet 1&1 Suse 11.0 mit Plesk nicht mehr an, sondern CentOS mit Plesk.
Kann man unter CentOS problemlos ein Backup von Suse einspielen, was die ganzen Domains usw. angeht?!

Sollte es doch noch Tipps geben, mein Plesk so zu retten wäre ich zu Dank verpflichtet und würde auch gerne eine Spende per Paypal machen!

Hi zusammen,

da ich Plesk Billing nicht nutzen möchte habe ich SSO deaktiviert und nun läuft auch wieder das Plesk Webinterface.

SSO habe ich wie folgt über die Console deaktiviert:
