Moin

Ich habe ein Problem mit dem oben genannten Programme,
also ich habe diese Programme per apt-get installiert
bei dem Befehl:

indexmaker /etc/mrtg.cfg > /var/www/mrtg/index.html

bekomme ich diese Meldung:

so sieht die Zeile 171 aus:

Hallo!
Die Inhalte der Datei sind doppelt. Hast du cfgmaker eventuell zweimal die mrtg.cfg schreiben lassen? Datei löschen, cfgmaker nochmal aufrufen.

Wo liegen denn deine normalen Websites. Das ganze wird über die Option WorkDir: in der Konfigurationsdatei geregelt.

Indexmaker aufrufen. indexmaker --output=/var/www/mrtg/index.html /etc/mrtg.cfg. Danach sollte eine index.html in /var/www/mrtg/ liegen.

Ömg habe ich schon und ne index.html iss auch vorhanden:

in der Error.log steht nix drinne...

Ich denke mal, das liegt daran, das du Confixx hast. Weil die Domain doch bestimmt in Confixx angelegt ist und die Domain auf einen anderen Ordner als /var/www/mrtg zugreift. Evtl geht es ja mit der IP-Adresse

Na, wenn ich IP/mrtg eingebe werde ich zur confixx domain weitergeleitet.
kann sein das ich ein vhost eintrag machen muss, aber ich weiß jetze nicht in welcher datei ?!

Das kann ich dir auch nicht sagen, da ich mit Confixx nicht arbeite. Aber da musste irgendwo bei Apache noch nen vHost eintrag machen, dass zb die IP auf den Ordner hinleiten soll. Aber ich kenne mich nicht mit Confixx aus. Ich denke auch eher, das er deinen manuellen eintrag wieder rauslöscht aus der Config, da Confixx doch sehr agressiv bei sowas sein soll.

ich zitiere mal aus einem HowTo.

Creating index file for the webserver using

#indexmaker /etc/mrtg.cfg > /var/www/mrtg/index.html

Now you need to reboot your system wait for five minutes or so and then take a look at your summary home page. If your Debian system's IP address is 172.16.0.20 then you'd type in the following in the address bar of a browser running on a system on the same network:

http://172.16.0.20/mrtg/

Der eigentlich wichtige Satz mal in deutsch : Nun musst du dein System rebotten (neustarten) und 5 Minuten warten dann solltest du über http://ip.ip.ip.ip/mrtg/ dein Ziel erreichen.

Dieses Funktioniert natürlich nur dann wenn zuvor alle anderen Notwendigen Schritte erledigt wurden

Hallo!
Nicht raten. Nachforschen!
Such in deiner httpd.conf nach DocumentRoot /var/www. Diese Anweisung muss innerhalb eines Containers stehen. Sprich, w*****einlich ist es der interne Servername (alster123.server4you.de, p12345678.pureserver.info).
