Leider ist mein Deutsche kentnis nicht so große, So tut mir leid wegen Bord regel

Bin ich Kunde vom S4Y Ca 5 Year und im letzten 2 Jahr hatte ich eine
root server Alpha9 mit Confixx und Susu9.3..

Habe ich upgraded Jan08 auf eien neu Eco Server mit ubuntu und Plesk upgraded auch den Neu Version 8.3.0

Migration mit dem Migration manager waren erfolreich und bin ich Zufrieden
Bis ich "MAPS Spamprotection" gefunden hat.

Auf meine alte server muß ich auf dem server machen ( ohne Confixx )
klappt auch gut.

Im Plesk kann mann mit eien Hackchen an und aus schalten

Supi denke ich

Leider wann ich MAPS Spamprotection aktivieren lauft qmail nicht mehr
Bekomme ich kein emails meher.

Hatte ich mit S4Y eien ticket aufgemacht und die hat dem MAPS Spamprotection deaktiviert and leif gmail und mails weiter

Ich mochte gern die Vorhanden function im Plesk benutzen
SY4 Mochte gern 2 Arbeitseinhalt haben 78€ "Arbeitsinhalte Problemerklärung und Umsetzung von SpamRBLs"

Muss ich S4Y bezahlen weil eien funcktion im Plsek klappt nicht
oder Soll daß kostenlos sein?

never mind concerning your language abilities Let's continue this in English.

Did you take a look into your mail logfiles? Normally it shouldn't be a big challenge to get that running.

thanks for your kind answer, in between writing the original post
it looks like there is still some Carnival Spirit with some folks at S4Y

My maps protection is Active again and mail is coming through
all though there is about a Ca 10 min dely from sending a test email
from my gmx account to an pop3 account on the server

in my logfiles on my old Alpha server I normally had the following

554 Service unavailable; Client host [125.140.41.000] blocked using sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org;

so I knew that the maps protection was
working, on the new server I dont see this in the log files

all I have in mail.info is the following
