Ist Hardware kaputt ?
 
Hi,

das Problem ist nicht Deine Hardware. Da macht jemand Unfug mit dem TCP Protokoll und faked IPs oder versucht Deinen Rechner zu stören oder beides.

IPTables auspacken, Ursprungs-IPs blocken.
