Keine Statistiken seit Plesk 8.01 Update

Über die Su-fu konnte ich bisher nichts für mich verwendbares finden, vielleicht habt ihr ja eine Idee...

Seit dem Update von Plesk scheinen die Webalizer- und Trafficstatistiken nicht mehr erstellt zu werden. Hat von euch jemand eine Idee, wie ich da weiter vorgehen könnte?

auf der Console ausgeführt?

Oder geschaut ob deine Cron richtig lüppt? Einfach mal:

/etc/init.d/cron restart

Und wenn die Statistik nicht im Backend "richtig" ist, erst:

mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa -e"update misc set val='byte' where param='size_count_type'"

und danach:

testadresse.de hab ich natürlich geändert, die richtige Domain lautet anderst.
 
Jain, wenn der "so" durchläuft ist schon mal ok. Haste mal danach cron restartet / mysql Befehl abgesetzt und nochmal den Befehl ausgeführt!?
 
Was ist gerade noch "gesehen" hab in deinen Logs:

das muß aber wie folgt heissen:

oder befinden sich deine vhosts wirklich in srv/www/ ???


aber die Statistik geht doch ...

Doch die befinden sich tatsächlich dort. :)

Aber durchzulaufen scheint er ja nicht, wie ich das sehe endet das mit einen segmentation Fault. :(

Hallo,
ich hab dieses Problem leider auch.
Nach einen Update von auf Plesk 8.2 ging bei mir erstmal garnichts. Mit meiner Tüftelei und dem gefährlichen Halbwissen war ich dann soweit, dass ich meinen VServer bei Strato neu aufgesetzt habe und erstmal alle Updates von Plesk gemacht habe (bevor ich Kundendaten angelegt habe). Und komischerweise tritt troztdem bei mir das 1% Problem auf und die nicht vorhandenen Statistiken. Jedoch hab ich leider noch keine Lösung gefunden und wäre dafür sehr dankbar!

Bei mir bringt der obige Lösungsansatz nur dieses und dann für jede Domain und jede Statistik (ssl/anonymftp/ftp und normal):

Ich habe nochmal nachgesehen. Es ist über Plesk ja möglich Awstats, oder Webalizer zu nehmen.
Das Verzeichnis /srv/www/cgi-bin/awstats existiert wirklich nicht, aber auch der Ordner /srv/www/htdocs/webalizer ist leer...
Hat das Plesk Update oder irgendetwas anders das gelöscht? Sollte ich die Sachen per Yast wieder installieren?
Oder am besten nen neuen Thread aufmachen?
