Joomla Installation

Ich glaube ja eher, dass Joe die Logfiles sehen wollte, in die PHP seine Fehler rein schreibt, und nicht die phpinfo.

Du hast wohl ein Problem mit der open_basedir Direktive von PHP. Du solltest die für diesen vHost so abändern, dass PHP in allen Ordner die Joomla betreffen auch lesen kann. Das ist im Moment nicht so.
 
Vielleicht solltest du dich mal grundsätzlich darüber informieren, was open_basedir überhaupt macht.
 
Stelle mal die httpd Spezial Einstellungen für den Benutzer web1 auf:

php_admin_flag safe_mode Off
php_admin_flag magic_quotes_gpc On
php_value session.save_path "/home/www/##user##/phptmp"

(Falls Du weitere Antworten möchtest, solltest Du auch Fakten liefern.)

Laut dem o.g. phpinfo-Link ist Dein session.save_path nun undefiniert.
Aber genau das sollte nicht sein.
weally hat bereits die richtige Antwort geschrieben.
Du musste es nur korrekt umsetzten.

Ich bin es nochmal, ich hab jetzt ein Problem mit der Uhr (evtl. Systemuhr?) ich bekomme eine Fehlermeldung. Kennt jemand dieses Problem und kann mir diesbezüglich einen Rat geben? Danke im Voraus.

Ist es wirklich so schwierig eine Fehlermeldung in Google einzugeben?

Dir fehlt die Spezifikation von date.timezone in der php.ini. (Du willst wahrscheinlich "Europe/Berlin".)
