help setting up nameservers

Hello.

I need to create 2 nameservers on my vServer Cloud M and i'm stuck. I read a few tutorials and they all say i need two IP addresses. Well i have one IPV4 and one IPV6, this is what i received. I still didn't manage to create the records with Plesk, can anyone help?

No, you don't want to create name servers on your VServer, as that would create a single point of failure.

Use the NS e.g. from https://www.cloudflare.com and point the A, MX, etc. Records to your server. With that setup, services on other machines are still reachable, even if your server is down. Apart from that, you get threat management (vs DDoS) and you can analyze your traffic.
