Fehlermeldungen bei Update

Hallo,

ich möchte mein Plesk 9.3 auf 9.5.4 Updaten, bei Updates im Contorlpanel erhalte ich folgende 2 Fehlermeldungen:

Fehler: Installationsstatus kann nicht abgefragt werden: Failed to lock the file /tmp/psa-installer.lock due to system error: Permission denied
Not all packages were installed.
Please, resolve the above problem and try installing the packages again.
If you cannot resolve the problem on your own, contact product technical support for assistance.

Was läuft da falsch und wie kann ich die Updates durchführen?

Hallo,

die beiden Fehlermeldungen konnte ich lösen.
Nun bekomme ich aber Folgendes:

Fehler: Fehler: Unexpected 'N5boost16exception_detail10clone_implINS0_19error_info_injectorINS_10filesystem22basic_filesystem_errorINS3_10basic_pathISsNS3_11path_traitsEEEEEEEEE' catched: boost::filesystem::exists: Permission denied: "/root/psa".
