Fehler Plesk Autoinstaller 9.3.0

Hallo zusammen,

zuerst mein System:

Linux Suse 11.0 64 Bit
Plesk 9.3.0

Ich wollte heute das neue Plesk-Update über die Konsole einspielen. Ich hatte schon Plesk 9.3.0 installiert und mit dem neuen Update sollen die beiden Dateien:

qmail-queue
qmail-remote

getauscht werden. Leider erhalte ich vom Plesk-Autoinstaller eine Fehlermweldung mit der ich nichts anfangen kann:

Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich hier weiter kommen ? Anscheind kann der Autoinstaller die Gruppennumer für den "popuser" nicht finden bzw. die Nummer befindet sich ausserhalb der Reichweite ?

Um das Problem geht es nicht. Das Problem welches Huschi beschreibt meine ich nicht. Parallels hat jetzt wohl ein "Microupdate" raus gebracht, ist erst sein ein paar Tagen vefügbar. Das Microupdate soll die fehlerhaften Dateien

qmail-queue
qmail-remote

ersetzen, wie man auch in der Ausgabe des Autoinstallers lesen kann:

Auf einem meiner Server konnte das Microupdate auch ohne Probleme installiert werden, nur zwei andere stellen sich quer mit der folgenden Fehlermeldung:

ERROR: can't apply patch plesk-9.3.0~patch1
Can't get group info for popuser: Numerical result out of range
Warning! Not all packages were installed.

Wie gesagt, das Problem mit der Mailq bei dem Update auf Plesk 9.3.0 meine ich nicht, es handelt sich hier um ein Microupdate innerhalb von Plesk 9.3.0.

Welche Datei oder welcher Ordner könnte die falschen Rechte haben ? Ich habe es gerade einmal mit dem Server verglichen auf dem es geklappt hat, zumindest die beiden Dateien die durch das Microupdate geändert werden sollen, sowie der übergeordnete Ordner haben die selben Rechte...

Also bei mir halt nicht...wie gesagt, es kommt die Fehlermeldung:

Natürlich geht es auch manuell...würde aber trotzdem gerne wissen was den Fehler verursacht...
