Fehler mit Plesk 7

Hallo Leute,

ich benutze Plesk 7 und habe seit kurzen das Problem, dass ich das Control Panel nicht starten kann! Folgende Fehlermeldung wird im Eventlog unter Application angezeigt:

System.Exception: Cannot start service PleskControlPanel. System error is: Cannot start service W3SVC. Hat jemand eine Ahnung woran das liegen kann?
Ach ja es ist ein Windows 2003 Server Web Edition SP1!
