Email Adressen werden nicht akzeptiert...

Hallo,

ich habe ja vhcs2 auf debian etch installiert. Allerdings bekommen bestimmte User mit bestimmten Email Adressen ( gmx zum beispiel ) keine Emails, bzw. es werden keine dorthin verschickt. Ist jemanden dieses Phänoment bekannt?

Könnte wetten das dein "Helo" Probleme macht.

Wie lautet der "Hostname" vom Server und wie schaut deine "main.cf" von Postfix aus ?

nimm mal eine Domain die auf den Server zeigt und ändere mal folgendes ab:

myhostname = mail.diedomain.tld

Das hat aber nix mit den FTP Einstellungen zu tun ! ;)

Die von mir vorgeschlagenen Änderungen beeinflussen "Postfix" und nicht "ProFTPD" !

ich bin jetzt leider an der Arbeit um nähere Logs zu posten, allerdings kann ich soviel sagen, dass die FTP seit der Änderung der Postfix Einstellung nicht mehr erreichbar sind. Die hängen nicht zufällig im VHCS System aneinander?
 
Nein, der FTP- und der E-Mail-Server sind 2 getrennte Systeme. Wenn dann muss sich in der FTP-Conf was verändert haben, oder es ist ein anderes Problem, aber auch hier wären einfach Logs sowohl vom Postfix als auch vom ProFTPd gut, um da ne sinnvolle Fehleranalyse zu machen. ;)

welche Logs genau werden gebraucht? Habs mal neugestartet, tat es auch, allerdings mit dieser Zwischenmeldung:

Also für den proFTPd wäre /var/log/proftpd.log gut und für den Postfix ein entsprechender Ausschnitt aus der /var/log/mail.log und /var/log/mail.info, dazu kannst du folgenden Befehl benutzen:

tail -f /var/log/mail.log

tail -f /var/log/mail.info
Das ausführen auf dem Server als root und dann versuch mal eine E-Mail an eine GMX-Adresse über deinen Server zu verschicken, dann sollte direkt das geloggte in Putty erscheinen und du kannst es rauskopieren und hier posten. ;)

Achja: aus tail kommst du mit strg + c wieder raus.

Noch ein paar Infos?
 
Zu dem Zeitpunkt hast du aber nicht versucht an einen GMX User eine Email zu verschicken, sonst würde das hier auftauchen.

So sind die Logs leider nicht brauchbar.
 
Joa, so bringt das nun wirklich garnix, deshalb hab cih dir ja auch den tail befehl gesagt weiter oben, damit du das beobachten kannst WÄHREND du ne mail an ne gmx adresse schickst...
