Confixx is not accessible for user and resellers

as i understand admin can log in correctly?
please, check - have you mod_resrite installed and activated in apache?
 
in the Confixx control panel under service and contracts
it will give you the correct link for your reseller account

if you the goto your Server admin in confixx you can
change the password for your reseller account

click your link http://delta351.server4you.de/reseller/
you will be asked for your user name which is normally res1 and then your password

once you have then got your reseller account working
then then need add and setup your new users
