Asus server stops unexpectedly

My Asus server stops suddenly without any notification. I try to find the problem. I use to ultimate boot cd to find what is wrong. I think that it would be in the hardware. I run pated magic. But when he try to copy files to ram. He stops and shutdown.

Any one have an idea what can be the problem ?

Did you check the systems temperatures?
Did you run memtest to check if one of the RAM modules is broken?
