APT Problem Debian Etch!

Hey Leute,

Hab ein Problem und zwar ich will ich den Kernel Updaten
und brauche da verschiendene Programme die ich per APT
installieren will.
Beim aufrufen des Befehls

apt-get install libc6-dev gcc binutils modutils kernel-package libncurses5-dev debianutils make bzip2

bekomme ich folgende Ausgabe! :

Hab da zwar schon paar ma dran rumprobiert aber nichts hinbekommen.
Hat jemand von euch vielleicht eine schnelle elegante Lösung.
Wäre euch sehr dankbar ;)

So viel zum Thema locales... wie fixx ich das nun am besten?
 
Jo hab ich gemacht, also "All" und dann hab ich upgrade probiert und es kommt wieder eine riesige Fehlermeldung..
