Apache hängt sich auf

Huuuhuuu hab ein PRoblem seit gestern ist mein Apache down!!

Wenn ich ihn starte bringt er mir

/etc/init.d # ./apache2 start
Apache is already running (/var/run/httpd2.pid)                       done
Das ist ja normal sooo :)
Status ist ebenfalls okay...

Ich denke deshalb hängt er sich auf da läuft irgendwas noch dass den Apache zum Absturz bringt nur weis ich nciht was und wie ich vorgehen muss um den Fehler zu beheben......

ISt ein Dedizierter bei Strato mit nem Opteron 148 und 1GB RAM !

Was ja ziemlich offensichtlich ist, dass da ein paar Prozesse zuviel laufen könnten.

Kannst du mal Logfiles posten?
Und wie sieht es aus, wenn du den Apache ganz stopst und dann neu startest? Geht dann auch nix?
 
Wenn ich ihn neustarte macht er gnaz normal.......dann gehts ca. für 5sekunden und dann geht wieder nix und die Prozesse sind so da wie davor.......... kann man die httpd2.pid nicht irgendwie cleanen oder so -.-

Da steht doch Apache is already running das sollte eigentlich so nicht sein beim Start des Servers.
 
Hab ihn auhc schon gestoppt ;) und wieder gestartet und auch mir restart und reload usw.....

Das sieht so aus, als würde ein Skript amok laufen.

Starte doch einfach mal den apache neu, und stell uns mal die Logfiles hier rein, ab dem Zeitpunkt wo der apache neustartet, bis zu dem Zeitpunkt wo dann nixmehr geht.

Und die SSH-Einträge sind nur eine versuchte Attacke, und keine gelückte. zumindest ist kein geglückter login zu sehen. Es steht ja da, Ivalid user, das meint, dass jemand mit einem Usernamen versucht auf dein system zuzugreiffen, den es garnicht gibt.

Da steht dass, was dein Problem ist. Der Server überschreitet das MaxClientsetting deiner Apache-konfiguration. Die Frage ist ja, warum er das macht.

Kannst du zum einen mal die acces.log posten, zu dem Zeitpunkt, wo die Meldung kommt, und zum andere ist die Frage, ob auf dem Server PHP-Skripte oder eine Andere Skriptsprache laufen. Wie gesagt, dass sieht aus, als würde da etwas Amoklaufen.

Hatte gestern durch die Call of Duty 4 Demo nen Traffic von 550GB vllt. hat sich dadurch durch die "überlastung" irgendwas "verabschiedet"???

Das sollte eigentlich nicht passieren.

Tritt das Problem eigentlich auf wenn du den Apache startest, oder erst wenn ein Skript auf dem Server aufgerufen wird?
 
ALso ich starte Apache gleich danach ruf ich meine Seite die mit Phpkit läuft auf dann wird sie noch zur Hälfte angezeigt und dann DOWN dann geht nichts mehr

Auch die Seite mit PHpFusion verhält sich so

Aber da kann ich eigt. die Zeit bis auf ms mitstoppen, denn der Zeitabstand bis nix mehr geht bleibt gleich also glaube ich liegt es nicht an denen .......
 
Falls es noch aktuell ist:
Zeig uns Deine tuning.conf! (Oder ähnlich lautende Datei. Sie sollte "KeepAlive" und "MaxClients..." enthalten.)

Ausserdem kannst Du mal mod_status aktivieren und Die ansehen, welche Prozesse & Domains Deinen Server blockieren.

Es gehen max. 5 Mbit/s raus und der Apache verabschiedet sich also mir kommt das komisch vor weil wenn wirklich so viele Leute ziehen würden bzw. ne Verbindung zu meinem Server aufbauen gehen doch mehr als 5Mbit raus......
ALs noch alles normal lief hatte ich shcon bei 30 Prozessen 80 Mbit die rausgingen und nicht 5mbit bei 150 Prozessen........
 
wie Huschi bereits sagte, können wir Apache entsprechend deinem RAM 'optimal' einstellen.

Zudem hast du noch Attacken per SSH und auf Verzeichnisse/Dateien. Da müßte man nochmal schauen wieviele httpd2 Prozesse diese verbrauchen. Evtl. sollte man mit einem Apache Module diese Attacken dann unterbinden.

Du hast ja 1GB RAM. Hier habe ich eine Beispielkonfiguration die du übernehmen kannst.

Tut dat not den Thread nach 7 Tagen neu zu beleben?
Toto ist erstmal dran weitere Daten zu liefern. Solange kann ich ausgezeichnet warten...

Huuhuuu bin zur Zeit 3 Wochen in SPanien also leider so gut wie keine Chance das zu machen oder daten zu liefern! WErde sobald ich kann die Beispielconfig übernehmen und mich weiter dazu melden!
