als Spam erkannte Mails werden nicht zugestellt

Wie der Titel schon sagt, bei einer Domain werden als Spam erkannte Mails nicht zugestellt. Sie sollten in einen Ordner "Spam" landen, so war das konfiguriert.
Nach einem Server-reboot klappt das bei einer Domain nicht mehr.

die Ausgabe von mailq sagt folgendes:

der Befehlpostsuper -r ALL stellt immer nur 1 Mail zu oder gar keine

da wäre die spamassassin.inc aus root/confixx/safe Kommentare rausgelöscht.

erledigt. Spam wird wieder zugestellt.

Habe aber das nicht bewusst "repariert"
Dienste gestoppt, gestartet und irgend wann kam wieder eine Spammail.

Aber mich würde nun interessieren was folgende Ausgaben zu bedeuten haben, Also reine Verständnisfragen:

Die unkenntlich gemachte Mailadresse ist mir bekannt aus dem Freundeskreis. Wieso erscheint diese hier und was kann ich jetzt aufgrund dieser Ausgabe anstellen?

Wenn ich das in gewissen Abständen mache, erhalte ich immer die gleiche Ausgabe.
Mache ich das kurz hintereinander, kommt keine Ausgabe.
Was sagt mir das?
Ich probiere mal selbst eine Antwort: Das sagt mir, dass ich wenig Mailaufkommen habe auf dem Server und ich da zufällig immer mal eine Mail erwische, die noch nicht zugestellt wurde?
