500 - Internal Server Error

Hallo,

plötzlich ist Plesk lahmgelegt und zeigt an Stelle Logo und Startseite (aber nach erfolgreichem Login) 500 - Internal Server Error:


OS Template: suse-10.3-x86_64
Plesk: 9.0.1
Provider: 1&1

Für eine Hilfe, den Fehler einzugrenzen und zu lösen, wäre ich sehr dankbar!

Hi,

hier der Auszug aus dem betroffenen Zeitraum.
Ich erinnere mich noch, dass ich für alle Nutzer einen Standardskin ausgewählt habe und Plesk mit einer eigenen Grafik gebrandet habe. Anschließend wollte ich das letzte Backup lokal sichern.

Wo ist der Error-Log?

Mit einem Access-Log fangen wir wenig an ^_^

Im Access-Log stehen, wie der Name schon sagt, Zugriffe drin.
Im Error-Log stehen Fehler drin.

Das ist ja alles prähistorisch. Ich nehme mal an, du hast nie updates gemacht? Ich nehme weiterhin an, plötzlich bedeutet ohne dein Zutun?

Für die eingesetzte Software gibt es seit Ewigkeiten keine Sicherheits-Updates, dafür aber mehrere kritische Lücken, die auch intensiv ausgenutzt werden. Den Rest kannst du dir sicher denken...

also ihr habt völlig recht, das Update ist längst überfällig. Das möchte ich jetzt zuerst bereinigen, bevor ich die anderen Themen anfange.

Beim Update zickt er allerdings rum, ich bekomme

Was sagt denn die /var/log/messages im angegebenen Zeitraum?
Und: Ist überhaupt genug Platz auf der Festplatte, speziell im /var-Verzeichnis?
Ich meine gelesen zu haben, dass bei 1&1-Servern die /var-Partition recht klein eingerichtet wird und dies u.U. bei Plesk-Updates Probleme macht.

Hallo,

ich habe einen privaten virtuellen Server und den musste ich jetzt updaten (Plesk).
Wordpress funktioniert ja leider nur mit einer aktuellen Version von PHP. In anderen beiträgen habe ich gesehen, dass Plesk die updates für PHP selber durchführt, das scheint nicht so...

Gerade wollte ich das Update 9.5.0 installieren, alle anderen vorher haben ohne Problem funktioniert.

Nun sieht es aber so bei mir aus... :(
