SMTP keine Verbindung

Hallo zusammen,
ich wende mich nun an euch nach drei Monaten Aggresiven herumprobierens ohne Erfolg.
Ich habe Plesk 17.8 und dort Postfix drauf. IMAP Verbindung funktioniert ohne Probleme, aber ich bekomme keine Verbindung per SMTP. Egal was ich versucht habe. Diverse Google Ergebnisseiten durch aber Erfolglos.
Ich habe auch schon die /etc/host angepasst mit diversen Einträgen.

Ich bin nun letzenendes in der Hoffnung, dass ihr mir weiterhelfen könnt.

Der Postfix nimmt doch von Außen an. Was ist genau das Problem? Dass du kein Login beim Postfix bekommst? Und welches dein Login ist weiß ich ja nicht.

Mach erst mal in der Shell ein
plesk repair mail

Und überhaupt ist dein Postfix Zertifikat und der FQDN im SMTP-Banner sehr kreativ un deine reverse IP löst eben nicht auf den Hostname auf.
Vielleicht solltest du
- myhostname auf einen gültigen FQDN setzen

Kann auch sein, dass du da noch irgendwo im Kundenpanel von Strato was setzen musst, wenn du den Plesk DNS nicht als Master nutzt
- das Zertifikat des Mailservers auch erst mal richtig erstellen

Und dann frage bitte nochmals.
Das nächste Mal wäre es nett etwas genauer zu schreiben was nicht passt. Bei deinem beruflichen Background kann ich das ein erwarten.

Hey, danke dir für die rasche Antwort.
Ich habe nun das Zertifikatsproblem mit Let's Encrypt über Plesk gelöst. Beim Verbinden mit Outlook über TLS konnte ich es dann auch installieren.
Den reverse DNS-Eintrag habe ich bei Strato auf die peters-edv.de Domain angepasst (seit ca. 5 Tagen).
Den Hostname habe ich in der main.cf nun auch auf "peters-edv.de" angepasst. Bei mydestination habe ich neben den Standardeinträgen ebenfalls die peters-edv.de hinzugefügt.

Den Postfix Service habe ich danach ebenfalls neu gestartet.

Nun habe ich erneut versucht die Konteneinstellungen im Outlook über den imap und smtp Eintrag "mail.peters-edv.de" zu testen. IMAP klappte wie gewohnt, smtp noch immer nicht. Egal ob Port 25 oder 587.
Hättest du sonst noch eine Idee?

Bisher hatte ich leider nie etwas mit Linux zu tun und auch nicht mit plesk. Bin vorher ein reines Windows-Kind gewesen.

Ich habe jetzt mal mit openssl von meinem PC aus getestet:
openssl s_client -connect peters-edv.de:587 -starttls smtp
openssl s_client -connect peters-edv.de:25 -starttls smtp
openssl s_client -connect peters-edv.de:465

Klappt alles zu verbinden.

Versteh ich das richtig, dass du dich nicht zum Versenden von Mails mit Outlook einloggen kannst? Welche Fehlermeldung kommt da bei dem Programm?
 
Genau das ist richtig.
Bekomme im Outlook immer folgende Meldung:

Testnachricht senden: Von Outlook kann keine Verbindung mit dem Postausgangsserver (SMTP) hergestellt werden.
 
Die TLS-Verbindung auf Port 25, Port 465 und 587 geht aber, teste selbst: https://www.htbridge.com/ssl/

Dann ist dein Outlook wohl falsch konfiguriert. Oder irgendein Desktopfirewall/Sicherheitssoftware sperrt das auf deinem lokalen PC.
Hast du das mal probiert?

SMTP-Port: 465
SMTP SSL oder TLS: TLS*

* ich weiß nie was Microsoft unter SSL und TLS versteht. probier es halt beides.

Habe es nun genau so probiert, leider das Gleiche Problem.
Wundert mich auch, da es auf dem Handy nun mit SSL funktioniert.
Sonst habe ich nie Probleme mit Outlook gehabt :confused:

Ich frage mich, wieso er trotz manueller Eingabe (mail.peters-edv.de) die Adresse automatisch zu ändern scheint auf den Strato Server :O

Vielleicht mal den DNS-Cache auf deinem Windows löschen.

Kann es sein, dass dein ISP oder dein Router noch alte DNS-Daten hat.
Was zeigt denn bei dir

Aber an der IP liegt es garantiert nicht, denn wenn du per IMAP verbinden kannst sollte es doch auch bei SMTP gehen, ist doch dieselbe IP.

Und wieso mail.peters-edv.de
Dein MX ist doch peters-edv.de

Ansonsten: IP ist ja ok! Passt.

Kannst du das mal auf deinem PC mit Thunderbird prüfen, ob da SMTP auch nicht verbindet, aber bitte manuell das Konto konfigurieren.
 
Und was steht dann im maillog zu dem Zeitpunkt? Stichwort nur die mit postfix und plesk und sasl!

Hilft ein reparieren mit plesk sbin mchk?

Zeigt /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/mail_auth_view auch den Account nicht senden kann?

Was steht in deiner /etc/postfix/sasl/smtpd.conf?

Bitte lösche dieses Kuddelmuddel aus deinem Post.
Du musst das in der Shell ausführen, dann siehst du deine Logins und Passwörter!

Und bitte zeige endlich mal das maillog zu dem Zeitpunkt, bei dem Outlook versagt!

Für die hier bei Postfix angezeigten Mailadressen die keine Authentifizierung zulassen existieren also wirklich Konten?

Wieso ist bei IMAP und SMTP deine remote Adresse unterschiedlich? Einmal 181.214.206... und 87.132.88.98??? Oder ist das nicht die Zeit wo es bei dir nicht klappte? Wie soll ich denn raus bekommen, was deine SMTP-Anfrage war :(

Und was soll das bedeuten?

Was heißt denn bis auf die letzten 3 Stellen!? Werden die verwendeten Passwörter nun dir komplett und richtig angezeigt oder nicht?

Also viele der Adressen kenne ich selbst nicht und weiß nicht, wieso sich dort etwas authentifizieren will. Dafür existieren keine Konten.
Es geht um das Info@peters-edv.de Konto. Hier existiert das Konto.

Was mich verwirrt, Outlook schreibt nach jedem flashdns bei den Servern wieder anstatt peters-edv, den Strato Servernamen.

Ich denke, das ist der Fehler.

Der letzte Satz den du zitiert hast bezog sich auf den Befehl bzgl. den angelegten Accounts :)

Die Anfrage müsste von 87.132.88.98 kommen. Das ist meine aktuelle öffentliche IP.
