Problems with a server ... dkim

Hello,

I bought/rented a v-server from eurohoster 6 weeks ago.

The problem is that all mails to our customers end up in the spam folder.

The support did not want to help, said he was not responsible.
I was referred to Dkim, DMARC and SPF.

I spent the last two weeks with generators and reading to understand the problem.

After generating these values a hundred times, which have also been "found OK by online tests, mails still arrive only in the spam folder.

I have created test mail accounts in hotmail, gmx. gmail, eclipso, freenet and mail.de. everything ends up in spam.

Please help, I am not familiar with this. Also the over 100 hours of research to understand this problem did not bring success.

• Has your server a valid Fully Qualified Domain Name? Check hostname of server.
• Had you tested your mail server for a oversight at https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx
• Is your server on a blocklist?, see for IP at https://multirbl.valli.org
• Tested a mail having high spammyness? See https://www.mail-tester.com/?lang=en
• Which software had you used to add DKIM, DMARC and SPF?
• Are your server's DNS settings correct?
• Has mail server a FQDN and IP which resolve to the correct reverseDNS?
