Perl problem

hey leute, ich bin ganz neu in dem gebiet und hab en riesen problem.
Ich hab ts2 server mit webadmin 1.4 und der klappt perfect.
Jetzt hab ich den perlmod fuer ts2 geladen und in den serverordner von ts2 kopiert.
Ts2 server geht noch an doch er lädt den perlmod nicht.
Dann hab ich mich umgeschaut wie man den ladet und und gesehen man braucht Perl 8.8 oder so, hab ich gezogen aber der is der totalste schrott. Ich weis echt nicht wie das geht. Da sind tausende .bat files in einem ordner und lauter so'n zeug.

Kann mir jemand erklären wie ich den perlmod auf windows starten kann ?
Es ist kein server sondern mein normaler pc.

okok, ich habs hinbekommen.
Der perl mode ging nur nicht, jetzt geht er und zeigt an wenn ich den startscript starte:
