Hi there

Sorry the letter is in English.

I see the S4Y has new price list (10 EURO less for Root Server) and unlimited traffic.

Does anybody know what happens to us that have a 24 month contract? Do we get unlimited traffic also and new price next year or not?

If you sign a contract for 24 month you pay for the first 12 month 34 Euro and for the last 12 month 44 Euro.

This has nothing to do with existing contracts.

I have RootPlusPower. It was 64 EURO per month. I paid for 1 year. So next year I pay 64 EURO or 54 EURO per month?

Unlimited bandwidth: This is the difference between old and new PlusPower. So I still have limit 4000 GB per month? (ok, I know the counter isn't working at the moment).

You can quit your old contract and lock a new contract to new conditions.

Or... the better way... ask S4Y.
Next year there are again different prices ;)

Yes I will, I just thought anybody knows yet.

I can not quit the contract I guess...

Don't forget to cancel your contract 3 months in advance as S4Y don't send you an email to tell you that, it's in the tos which we read once... So stupid, that's how we lost 700 € for the year as the prices did drop by /2.
We are used with other companies to be able to cancel your contract under 7 open days, not 3 months !!!!

I did ask for a commercial act, but you do know how is the communication over S4Y. So cancel on time if you wanna change plan.

hiermit kündige ich den Rootserver-Vertrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, jedoch spätestens zum xx.xx.2006 (when do you wanna quit?).
Ich bitte um eine postalische Bestätigung der Kündigung.
