Fehlermeldung beim starten vom IRC-Server

bekomme folgenden Fehler wenn ich den server starten will:

Kann mir vlt. jemand helfen.

Hast du die config einfach aus irgendeiner Seite kopiert? Wenn ja: Ersetz mal die ganzen “ durch ". Also durch normale Anführungsstriche...
