Mal zu meinem Problem, ich habe einen Server mit Suse 11.3 + Apache.
Die Apache lauft ohne Problem aber PHP nicht obwohl ich die PHP Info auslesen kann.
Hab zum test ein gästebuch installiert von Gaijin.at .
Die datei Guestbook.php ist bereits in PHP geschreiben und ich kann sie aufrufen. Klar das das Formular HTML ist und somit ist das ja auch klar.
Aber wenn ich zb. einen eintrag poste , erscheint er nicht !
Heißt ? Php arbeitet nicht ...
Muss ich in der Apache config was ändern ? Hab php einfach über Yast Installiert.

Wiso arbeitet PHP nicht , was muss ich noch machen?
Wenn du die PHPInfo aufrufen kannst, dann läuft auch dein PHP. Die Frage ist also, warum dein Gästebuch nicht läuft. Das kann viele Gründe haben:
- Es ist ein Fehler im Gästebuch-Script
- Dein Gästebuch nutzt eine prähistorische PHP-Version und ist damit inkompatibel
- Dein Gästebuch nutzt eine Datenbank, die nicht eingerichtet ist
- Dein Gästebuch will Einträge in Textdateien speichern, hat aber keine Rechte
- Dein Gästebuch nutzt PHP-Funktionen, die in der php.ini oder anderswo deaktiviert sind
Ohne dir jetzt den Betrieb eines Servers per se abraten zu wollen; bist du sicher dass ein eigener Webserver das richtige ist und nicht (Reseller)Webspace respektiv die Managed-Option?

Hab eben ein anderes Gästebuch genommen, dies Funktioniert auf meinem 1&1 Webspace..
Aber bei mir nicht.. Bekomm die index.php angezeigt kann mich auch als admin einloggen, aber keine einträge schreiben und auch die Badwords nicht editieren!
Ich kann sie editieren dann kommt die meldung das die Änderung übernommen ist aber das ist sie nicht
Vergleichst du mal bitte die PHP Konfiguration und ob du php5 auch mit mysql Anbindung installiert hast.
ich denke daran hapert es.
PHP bietet unterpackages die du dann installieren oder mitcompilieren musst z.b. für MySQL und wenn du das nicht hast bekommst du keine Connection zur Datenbank
EDIT : Joomla lauft also funktioniert PHP .. Naja ich belasse es mal dabei
Hab aber noch eine Frage , hab nen Account by dyndns.com. Hab einen Hostnamen angelegt und auf meine IP zugewiesen ! Intern hat mein Server die IP. 10.0.0.1 . Hab die DNS im Router eingetragen und eine Port weiterleitung auf Port 80 (http) gemacht ! Dennoch erreiche ich meinen Server nicht.. Nur unter 10.0.0.1 und unter Localhost aber nicht unter dem Dyndns namen ! Was mache ich falsch ? Normal sollte doch der Hostname funktionieren !

Logisch! Denn der Dyndns löst auf die externe Schnittstelle von Deinem Router auf. Und Dein Router routet den externen Port weiter auf eine interne IP. (NAT)
Diese Weiterleitung funktioniert nicht, wenn die Anfrage über die internen Schnittstelle kommt.
Abhilfe schafft entweder ein aufgesetzter Name-Server, ein Eintrag im Router (nicht bei allen möglich) oder ein Eintrag in der hosts-Datei des Laptops.
Suse 11 + Apache + PHP ! PHP läuft nicht :(
